Since December 2019, our company has had the status of a participant in the distribution of interstate power networks capacity. Accordingly, we entered into all the necessary contracts with the Ukrainian transmission system operator NPC “Ukrenergo” for the export or import of electrical energy.

We are already importing electricity from countries neighboring Ukraine, namely from Romania, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. In addition, we cooperate with energy trading companies from the rest of the countries of almost the entire EU.
Currently, we continue to actively looking for new partners to import electricity to Ukraine in order to provide the needs of our own consumers. The reason for this search is the shortage of electricity in the Ukrainian power system. In this regard, at the beginning of 2024, the Government of Ukraine provided additional guarantees of protection against scheduled electricity blackouts currently lasting in our country, for those non-domestic consumers whose facilities will consume imported electrical energy. Therefore, our clients (large industrial consumers) are interested in having a ceaseless supply of electricity for themselves.
